設立登記（Establishment）

1.《外商投資合伙企業設立登記申請書》；

1.Application From for Establishment Registration of the Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprise.

2.《名稱預先核準通知書》；

2.Pre-Approval Notice of the enterprise name.

3.主要經營場所證明；

3.Certificate for the right of use of domicile.

4.全體合伙人的主體資格證明或自然人身份證明和住所證明；

4.Certificate of establishment or ID certificate and the domicile certificate of the partners.

5.全體合伙人對各合伙人認繳出資的確認書；

5.Confirmation of all partners for the subscribed or paid-up capital of each partner.

6.資信證明；

7.全體合伙人簽署的合伙協議；
